Why doesn?t the ?Daily Rate? match the ?Total Rate??
When the daily rate and total rate do not match, there is a rate change during your stay. On step 2 of the reservation process, this change will be indicated by an * next to the daily rate. The total rate reflects all rate changes.
How can I book multiple rooms?
Currently, our online reservation system only allows two rooms to be booked per reservation. If you need more than two rooms, you can make multiple reservations. For bookings requiring ten or more rooms, group discounts may be available. To inquire about group rates, please fill out a Group Sales form located in our ?Contact Us? email section.
I am traveling with a child. Will this affect my reservations?
If you are traveling with a child, this may affect your accommodations. Please add the number of children and their ages in the comments section of Step 3 (Guest Information) during your reservation process. If you should have any concerns or special requests, please contact the property directly.
Why can?t I retrieve my reservation online?
Only reservations that were made through our website can be viewed through our ?Retrieve/Cancel Reservation? page. For all other reservations, please contact the source (i.e.- travel agency, hotel) through which it was booked.
How can I modify a reservation that was made through your website?
At this time, guests are not able to modify an existing reservation online. To make any type of changes to an existing reservation, you will need to contact our reservation center directly at 1-800-Days-Inn. We are working on making this option available online in the near future.
How do I notify the hotel that I will be arriving after the check-in time?
All reservations that are guaranteed with a credit card are held for late arrivals. If you know that you will be arriving late before you make your reservation, please make a note of this in the comment field on step 3 of the reservation form. If your late arrival is for the next day, please contact the hotel directly.

How do I make special requests regarding my reservation? (i.e. - Early check-in.)
On step three of the reservation process, you will be asked to fill out a Guest Information form. At the bottom of this form, there is a blank field labeled comments. Use the comment field to make any special requests regarding your booking. The hotel will do its best to accommodate all requests. To check on the status of your request, please either contact the hotel directly or inquire at check-in.

Will my credit card be charged if I don't cancel and I don't show up?
Yes, reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. You will be charged for the first nights stay only. To avoid being charged, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined by the hotel for the rate and dates booked.
Do I have to send my credit card through the Internet to book a reservation? Is your reservations process secure?
Yes, a credit card is required for all reservations made via the Internet. To protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card, the reservations process is handled on a secure server that encrypts your credit card information. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
